Your registration has been successfully received. To complete your enrollment, you need to schedule an intake session with us. You can do this yourself via our calendar:

We will provide further information during this meeting, and you’ll be able to ask any questions you may have. If you have practical questions beforehand, feel free to email us.
During the intake, we will assess together whether you are a good fit for the program and explain what you will learn. After that, you can decide whether to participate.
Important!:
Starting a professional training begins with having a professional attitude. This means that when you schedule an intake through the link above, you are expected to attend.
Too often, we receive registrations, reserve time in our schedule, and then candidates simply don’t show up. That is why the intake is no longer free*. We also often receive various excuses, but in reality, you simply need to cancel your appointment if you cannot attend.
This situation creates frustration and does not make a good first impression. Of course, it can happen that you need to cancel—but please do so at least 24 hours in advance, using the confirmation link you receive by email, so you can directly update your appointment in our calendar.
Failure to attend without canceling or rescheduling will result in your application no longer being considered, and your intake fee will not be refunded. If you cancel correctly, you may still participate at a later time.
If you attend your intake as scheduled, you will receive a €100 discount when confirming your enrollment during the intake.
So before scheduling your intake, please double-check your availability to ensure you can attend.
If you decide to start after the intake, you can pay your tuition on the spot via Bancontact to secure your place. Your intake fee will be deducted from the total. Only then is your registration final.
You may also choose to decide afterward if you prefer more time to think, but the discount is only valid for 24 hours. If we do not select you, your intake fee will be fully refunded.
If needed, we may contact you by phone. If you are unavailable, please return the call as soon as possible.
Please also let us know if you decide not to participate—this saves both you and us time and frustration. It is appreciated if you cancel your appointment, rather than simply not showing up.
Failure to cancel and not showing up will result in being placed on a blacklist, meaning you will no longer be able to join the program in the future. We are strict about this, as it happens too often.
